These terms govern your use of the VELMUSE Agency website and services. By submitting an inquiry or engaging us, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility (18+)
Our services are strictly for adults aged 18 or older (21 where required by local law). By using this site you confirm you meet this requirement and that adult-industry services are lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. What we provide
Custom website design, hosting setup, and AI automation (booking assistant, content scheduling) for independent creators. Exact scope is defined by your chosen package or a bespoke agreement.
3. Pricing & payment
- Ruby — $497 one-time. Velmuse — $997 setup plus $297/month management. Crimson — bespoke, by application.
- Setup fees are due before work begins; monthly management is billed in advance and cancellable with 30 days' notice.
- Payments are handled via approved processors. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
4. Delivery
Most builds ship within 24 hours of receiving your approved brief and content. Timelines depend on you providing materials promptly.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the legality of your own content. We do not create, host, or distribute illegal material, and we will decline or terminate any engagement that involves it.
6. Ownership
On full payment, you own your website and content. We retain the right to our underlying tools and templates.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Services are provided "as is". We do our best to protect your privacy and uptime but cannot guarantee any outcome, ranking, income, or absolute security. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
